Established in June 2007, Moim has been serving up an authentic and adventurous Korean dining experience to Park Slope community. While our dishes are based on cornerstones of Korean cuisine, we have given them a modern, contemporary spin to explore the epicurean possibilities that Korean food has to offer.

The Chefs

Saeri Yoo Park 
is a chef/owner, was born and raised in Seoul, Korea and worked in Spice Market, Café Gray and Modern. Her mission is reconstructing the traditional dishes with its original integrity of its’ flavor and recreate the current trend in Korea.
Jong Sue Kang is a chef/owner, was born and raised in Dajun, Korea and worked Modern. He has been working in various restaurants in Korea and Unites States since 1992.
